- All orders are carefully processed and packed within **3–5 business days** from our Lucknow atelier.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS.

## Domestic Shipping (India)

- We deliver across India.
- Standard delivery time is **3–5 business days** after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Shipping timelines may vary slightly during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
- We ensure that every order is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

## International Shipping

We proudly ship our products worldwide.

- International orders are delivered within **7–10 business days** after dispatch.
- We use reliable international logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- **DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)** shipping service is used for international orders.
- **No customs duty, import tax, or tariff is required to be paid by the customer.** Any applicable customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes will be handled by Riwaayat-e-Chikan.

## Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package until it reaches you.

## Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

## Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information while placing an order. Riwaayat-e-Chikan will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

## Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within **48 hours** of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the shipping partner and work towards a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
